Welcome! I’m Las Vegas property manager Chris Page. I learned the ins and outs of property management through 18 years of hands-on experience in the Las Vegas area.

As a landlord myself, I understand the importance of being informed about my property and making sure it is taken care of professionally.In addition to my years of property management experience, I also have several years of experience on the maintenance side of property management. This has given me a working knowledge of what is required for most maintenance and repairs.

To protect our owners and their investments, I’ve carefully selected vendors who are licensed and insured.I’m always up-front with my owners and tell you what you need to hear.
