Melissa Pineda, Office Manager

Melissa has been an integral part of our staff for the past 10 years and continues to strive for excellence when managing properties. She is well informed on the workings of our business and able to deal with issues and answer any questions that owners, vendors or tenants may have. Melissa’s commitment to customer service has been an integral part of the process in the years she has served many owners and tenants across the Las Vegas Valley.  In addition to working closely with Chris Page, Melissa handles day to day business including screening tenants, completing work orders, billing and payment of vendors, and keeping owners informed of property needs.  She knows that no two properties are alike and works diligently to approach each request on an individual basis. When not at work, Melissa enjoys reading, spending time with family, especially with her new grandson.

Kora Taylor, Assistant to Chris Page

Kora came to Solutions Property Management in 2017 after years of working in the Leasing and Property Management industries. Her experience working with a diverse group of people and personalities has prepared her to best assist our clients. Kora helps tenants with day to day needs, including repairs and maintenance issues and she has become an expert in dealing with HOA violations.  She approaches each task with organization. Kora is a friendly, outgoing problem solver with a calming attitude, excellent phone manner and customer service skills. She is committed to providing clients with an overall positive experience and handles herself professionally, able to stay on track with all of the moving parts, even in the busiest of times.
