Property management fees are as follows:
- There is never a Set Up fee.
- $300 refundable Owners Reserve deposit due at signing.
- Referral Fee: All vacant properties are listed in the MLS. Owner to pay a referral fee to any Real Estate agent who shows property and brings qualified accepted tenant.
- $300 Condo/Townhouse
- $400 Single Family Home
- Management Fee’s based on Gross Collected Rent:
- 1 Unit 10%, 2-5 Units 8%, 6+ Units 7%
- Minimum of $50 per property
- Owner pays for all advertising, repairs and maintenance on properties.
- Refer your friends and family to receive the multi-unit discount.
